The Parklife Festival in the UK and Australia was born from just one person who was prepared to actually do something rather than only talk about it. Ryan Pink in the UK identified the need to have a music festival that showcased local talent. Run in the summer months of both countries – Parklife UK and Fuzzy’s Parklife Australia have evolved since their conception in 2002. Both local and international acts perform to crowds of people in public parks and domains. Parklife is about music, entertainment, food and showcasing the arts. Parklife UK includes a children’s entertainment area and in 2007 began showcasing local artists (non musical). Parklife Australia is held in different locations around the country. Parklife tickets are available in Australia for Adelaide, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and Sydney. Parklife UK is held each year in early July while Parklife Australia is held during September/October.
What does your Parklife ticket gain you entry to? Multiple stages where national, local and international musicians perform, children’s free entertainment areas, food and an opportunity to see what local artists have on offer. What experiences do your Parklife tickets offer - Community with an opportunity to share a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Along with a chance to see talented musicians and artists who you may not have otherwise known about. You can bring the kids, spend a day in the park listening to excellent sounds and generally enjoy a show for your community.
